Is that an SVT-40 in the middle?
Honestly, the BR system and its randomness kind of put me off; I keep getting uptiered constantly.
The 9-man squad sounds tempting for BR1 do you know if it’s effective to equip bolt-action rifle perks on Assault troops?
The only time I’d consider doing that is if I’m running the Winchester 1912 or Ithaca 37 on the assaulters. And then at that rate I’d prioritise reload speed over bolt speed.

It sounds interesting with the Winchester or the Type 99 and 38 rifles; the only downside is ending up in an uptier against semi-automatics and LMGs.
