Bots letality difference

i readed someone that said that bot perform better in an open field if given the order to hold that position (not the point).

and its true, whats up with that? why they are retarded on the point but if i give the order to stay a little left to it they become killing machines?

Bots are retarded on the point because:
Theory 1: most points are between buildings and such so bots don’t have time to agro.
Theory 2: playing objective is explosives spam and all bots can do is to throw back not cooked grenade. Not really helpfull against cooked nades, arty, tank shels and cas. Also mostly good players play the objective so they know how to deal with AI.

Note - those are only my theories.

From my own experience, even bolt action squad of bots can get at least some kills in open field (if player navigates them into a good position and marks targets for them).
But in CQC (such as objectives), bots just don´t seem to have enough time to react… and given how many shots they actually miss, having a non-full auto weapon on them hinders their ability to counter react in time even further.
The fact that they seem to be programmed to miss so many shots even with bolt actions is really noticeable in these engagements.

Bots are VERY inconsistent
Sometimes you can walk up to them, stare them. n the eyes for 5 seconds and they still miss
somtimes they just shoot you across the building the frame you enter the room
