Right now it’s possible to order your squad to dissmantle rally points, ammo boxes etc. with [X] key. Same key which orders them to hold a position. And I found this feature is super frustrating sometimes e.g. If i order [hold possition] too close near rally point i just built, bots start to dismantle it, i don’t even need to aim directly at the structure, they start to dismantle it if they are nearby. It’s very frustrating. My suggestion is make different key bind for dismanting structures since I didn’t found in controls option to change it.

They are dumb but sufficient smart to rebelling best ai ever 
And they will not stop destroying it even if another order given 
. Only way I found: switch through every member of squad.
More disturbing thing: teammates destroying my defences. And there is no way to stop them.
