The USSR has no rocket artillery in the game (except pathetic BM-8-24), let’s change that!

BM-31-12 “Andryusha” MLRS as premium vehicle!

History:

The M-30 rocket was developed in 1942. Its bulbous warhead required it to be fired from a grounded frame (single frame, four round; later M-31 rocket, double frame, 8 round), instead of a launch rail mounted on a truck

In 1944 it became the basis for the BM-31-12 truck-mounted launcher:

In total, 1.8thousand Andryusha MLRS were produced from 1944 to 1945, of which only a hundred were lost in the war.

The BM-31 is equipped with 12 300mm rockets with a TNT mass of about 29kg.

The main gameplay advantage of the BM-31 compared to most other MLRS is its low rocket speed, only 245 m/s for the M-31-UK rocket. This results in a minimum firing range of about 600m.
But you can always drive even on a small slope/hole, and MLRS can shoot even at 100 meters without suspension control:

I also suggest equipping the BM-31 not with the M-31 rocket, but with the older and shorter M-30 rocket:

M-30 and two M-31UK

The M-30 has the same explosive mass, but significantly less fuel, resulting in a shorter minimum range.

I feel like that BR4 is too high for this, just as its too high for Panzerwerfer 42.
Honestly talking from experience here: I can do more damage with Panzer III N or M8 Scott than with rocket truck.

Sounds great in a game where you at most are 300 m away from the enemy.

Ahh yes the famous stalingrad hillsides come to the rescue…

Judging from what you tell us this truck would be entirely unusable in most situations but might be toxic AF of certain maps if you can just sit on the resupply point and dump rocket after rocket on the the point if the stars are aligned and the map permits that.

So this isn’t the Kastuka, aka Stalin organ milk truck?
