Blue logistic orders from event "Heavy Weapons"

Hello,

i have a question.
I got from the event “Heavy Metal” some blue logistc orders.
When i look in the logistic menu in Enlisted i don’t find something the buy with this orders.
What can i do whis this blue logistic orders ?

We can’t transfer weapons though, anything Devs can do about that?
