Very often I have games where one side has to play heavily outnumbered. Sometimes there is a difference of up to 6 players. I know many have turned off the join any site feature. But having such big differences in the teams is not a good thing either. A new solution should definitely be found.

I think it’s an issue whereby players join the server, it’s balanced, but then players decide to leave the server right at the beginning of the match? Some sneaky Chinese way of farming XP without having to actually play the match.
I could be wrong though.
Are players leaving the server not grayed out in the player list? I very often have games in which no players are even shown in the list. I saw it most of all in the Normandy campaign on the side of the Germans.
Certainly there are players who try to farm their EXP like this, but I don’t believe in it yet.
Nope they are not. I saw this myself many times, that one team had like 16vs11, but 5 out of those 16 had 0 score, soo they leaved at start of match, because they didnt liked map or something and they stay in there until end, but server gives you new player soo team is balanced again.
