Here are my main points:

Customization is expensive; You have so many squads, and have to buy a set for each campaign. So my suggestion is that you only need to buy a cosmetic once, and it will apply to the rest of your squad.

People have been asking for an option to quickly remove all cosmetics from squads in your reserve, and this is would be a tremendous QoL improvement.
Can we have this helmet with the chinstrap buckled?
