I know this is a hard question with lots of variables but just wanna see the general consensus. I’ve been playing Tunisia for a long time and now it’s nothing but one side slaughtering the other. Curious if there is a campaign where it is just generally more fun to play in.
It varies.
The playerbase migrate so often that the gaming experience switch all the time. So… I like them all.
Exept Moscow. It’s a waste of time for both factions.
I don’t see where the “one side slaughter” is at Tunisia. I play both sides at level 30, and have a win rate of 74% Allies and a win rate of 61% on Axis which is not bad compared to other campaigns (cough, Stalingrad, cough).
Go to Moscow or Normandy is my suggestion.
normandy gear is good for both factions, moscow axis if you want a challenge and quit the game.
Tunisia for me as Axis is my preference. I like being able to use the Italian kit in game and I like the openness of the maps
The other campaignes have problems like cluttered and to small maps make tanking realy frustrating
Tunisia is fun to me. Normandy is just explosions. And all campaigns with Soviets have sweaty allies players.
Today every single match was one side getting slaughtered and was only a slaughter a few months ago
Normandy, even if I say it reluctantly it is the most balanced campaign, in every aspect
I don’t know why so many people say, that the Axis struggles in Moscow. In my opinion Moscow is one of the more chill Campaigns for the axis. I have maxed out the Axis in all campaigns and the one where it took me the longest was Berlin. For the Allies I would think that the hardest campaigns are Normandy and Tunisia, because the british and american gear suck major Ass, whereas the Soviet stuff is semi-useful and in Berlin the Soviets just dominate most of the Time until the Germans roll up with Tiger II’s
I play only Tunisia.
Stalingrad and Old Moscow.
Tunisia feels weird and ass-boring to grind (also I dont like the gaps between the first phase tanks and mid and late-phase tanks), Berlin is constant flipp-flopp when it comes to player numbers (and I really struggle that they try to put the good (German) stuff as late as possible) and Normandy has by far the worst maps and players and gear in the whole game (but at least the player numbers are mostly even which is quite impressive).
Sadly yes. At least the player numbers are not cancer for one side.
As Even Fight event has demonstrated, they are all good when you have somewhat balanced human numbers and gear.
But all of them can be equally frustrating when there is a sweaty 4-stack of MKb/PPSh/Tommy gun/etc bunny hoppers.
In my personal opinion, the favorite ones are Moscow, Berlin and Stalingrad.
I’d say either Berlin and Normandy.
Berlin is the fiercest. Most times Soviet wins, but the Germans will easily win if there are players who have FG42-2, MP43/1, STG44 and TIGER 2
I thought that that event made it even clearer how shit the US and british equipment was when the allies were absolutely demolished by the AB 41 and MP28s without their M3 tank
So what I’ve gathered is only play Axis or Russians
I am relatively new and enjoying all campaigns. I want more and bigger maps to allow tactics.
The stalingrad bombing feature is over used. The moving battle fishbowl walls can be annoying.
No favourites like girly girls, just play all campaigns like a gigachad.
Because things are unbalanced, better planes, better tanks, better weaponry. Like the Assaulter weapons is broken af for Russians. Nothing comes close to them. Same thing for semi autos, Axis acually have soem form of recoil and deviations meanwhile Russian side is very easy to use, especially followup shots.
