Swap the crew and let the gunner fly
No you don’t understand, my crew says two and my squad is maxed upgraded, but I can only select one crew, pilot, I cannot have two people in Berlin Stuka?
Same applies if I chose Me410, I can only select one crew, anyone else can confirm, before I log as bug?
Maybe its a bug, you should be able to choose any of the crew to fly as like in the other campaigns. The only thing you can do is to swap them in the menu, even if it was intended or a bug they wont change it any time soon.

Berlin planes probably don’t allow crew to chill in the squad, so probably after the update they’ll let them

you think it is so but instead it ends up as a movable AT-Gun, nothing more is known about it!
They do this to a bunch of stuff, devs say that they “will fix it” and months or even years pass without even hearing about it. They keep adding content to the game but apparently find too hard to implement or patch things you would think are easy to do, only when a lot of people whine about it is that they do it… still takes them months though.
Well it is not just the Stuka it is both attacker planes for Axis 410 too, also just checked Soviets, so hopefully they fix when adding tail gunners or else there will be a lack of defence for attackers
