I’ve gone on a nonstop losing streak when playing on Berlin as Germany ever since I started playing the campaign. To test it further, I even opted to play exclusively Germany. Not a single win after dozens of battles. Every game, Russia stomps. Biggest pain is probably the Panzer IV J always being destroyed in one shot, whereas the Russian tanks are basically invincible. I like the game and the maps and the weapons, I really do, but I’m not going to bother playing Berlin if every game is a steamroll over the German side. And sure, historical accuracy is great, I get it. But this is a videogame, made to be fair for its players. Russian bias?
try to play in NA server. it’s not so bad in my experience.
but i’m still waiting for them to introduce STG 44 in Berlin so that more people populate axis Berlin, tho
Berlin is best avoided as Axis :-/ Let Soviet fan boys play amongst themselves 
berlin axis is one of the best experiences
shoot turret ring and turret cheeks. honestly the only problem is getting matched with even amount of players, the mm sucks right now

Even matches filled with players are bad. Disbalance in equipment and skilled players is too great.
I love the Axis in Berlin and yes I have maxed both factions in Berlin. Germans seem much more well rounded for every class where the Russians have the PPsH 41 bullet hose so everyone just runs 2 assault squads. German mains play Normandy now so again its the player base
I’m playing 4 smg squads: 2 campaign’s, premium and event squad. Last two are very powerfull and grind exp a lot.
And german mains never were in Berlin from the start.

Mmh not sure about that…
Knowing most Soviet players will be smg wielding grunts, it’s possible to use range as an advantage. It was crazy last time I played, simply going prone on the street near good cover, and setting up my 42. They… kept running in front…? I gunned so many it didn’t made sense, and we won easily as Germany. I don’t know what the Soviets were thinking. And most of my side were BA users.
Germans need to make more use of their engineers.
Locking up buildings with sandbags, barbed wire, MG nests, etc…
Other wise they will never win!
I actually play Axis only (Server Europe) and it’s quite okay for me even in Berlin ( still a lot of work each match). I suppose the ratio would be 40:60 (win:lose) and 0:100 (PIV fun:PIV Instant death)^^
