Being able to see the soldiers who are in reserve squads

Good afternoon. I would like to propose an improvement for the screen that displays all reserve squads—the same screen where we switch squads. It would be very helpful to be able to see the soldiers in each reserve squad, along with their weaponry and other details. This would make it much easier to manage our inventory and identify better soldiers or weapons in reserve, allowing us to assign them to active platoons.
