Can we please fix a few things?
- I just played Japan twice on BR3…first was won an BH, no points awarded…second was a loss and BH, loss of a point…what gives?
- Played my event American Assault Engineers…they ALL spawned using their pistols.
- Any soldier with a secondary weapon slot automatically starts with the second weapon.
- Since better rewards aren’t going to be given to ranking up, change the rest numbers, a Marshal shouldn’t lose 150 points…and after every new BP it seems obvious the quality of teamates you get slotted with based on your rank is effected.
- PLEASE put Saboteurs on the test server FIRST and let players voice their input.
- Soldiers are still spawning frozen and need to be killed off.
- Soviets already have battle armour…but a near indestructible KV-1 too? At least give rthem thier faulty transmissions and unreliable engines to make it historicallyaccurate and balanced.

I’d be careful with what you wish for with the realism aspect, it cuts both ways. BR IV and V GE tanks would certainly not thank you for having reasonably the longest repair times and breaking down each few meters. Going even further, running out of gas would be a thing and your crew in late BRs would suffer in performance since most trained crews were dead by then and often replaced by fresh youngsters.
Japanese BR V would certainly not thank you for their best tank, the Ho-Ri suddenly disappearing right after spawning since they never existed.
Otherwise yeah, body armour is an issue, long known, nothing ever happens though.
As for KV-1s they’re manageable. Inf can, if not outright kill with Panzerfausts, at least maim with TNTs and light up the engine even as just BR II. With tank combat, go for either turret cheeks, middle front plate and driver’s hatch/mg port (these two are not always reliable due to poor volumetrics from WT) or for lower front glacis, where you can hit ammo/fuel racks (the nearest to hit being on the left side of the driver).
If you can’t deal with it yourself due to enemy’s good positioning/angling, or not having the means to kill it at hand, then always mark it, keep an eye out for it and leave it be. Either a plane will come for it or someone with the proper weaponry can take it out easier since you give them the target’s location.

That’s my other posts beef…I seem to get paired with some who fly back and forth NOT hitting anything and not getting out of the plane for others to get them.
Plus I am repeatedly telling the squad on the communication wheel to attack or defend the point because no one goes to it.
Whenever I jump out of my plane, I always spawn with an AP mine in my hand instead of my gun. Not sure in actual combat how many people would choose an AP mine as their first weapon, but I guess the Dev’s have their reason, or they are just lost when it comes to basic programming.

That’s the same after reviving myself…a grenade, TNT or my melee…not even a pistol to shoot with…but I can spawn with a pistol and NOT my rifle. I’m guessing the later…

I smoke KV1’s all the time. The Achilles’ heal with the KV1 is the load time. Your just a sitting duck for a long time! I personally dont like it. The only was to survive is shoot and hide.
Just noticed that the other day, started happening recently. I noticed on Far East update you can switch to TNT exploder while flying. Not exactly sure what that is for unless it was a suicide mission

② The AI teammates only using pistols is a really old bug that still hasn’t been fixed. And soldiers spawning with their secondary weapon by default is also a bug. That’s why I never put outdated weapons in the secondary slot for my signalers anymore. Otherwise, they’ll actually ignore their semi-automatic rifles and use bolt-action ones instead.
③ If you change the point deduction system, what happens to the rewards you get for ranking up each time from zero? I think we should suggest a whole new rank system instead, like in War Thunder. It would be a separate rank that only acts as a title and doesn’t affect the resetting rewards from each battle pass.
④ Really? I haven’t noticed that. How does it work exactly? I just remember that in the past, when I reached the highest rank, my rank would show up in the kill list. When enemies saw that, they’d just run away—it was kind of a fun intimidation factor.
⑤ There’s always a test server before big updates. This class is so extremely designed right now; it just depends on whether DF listens to the community vote or not.
⑥ Soldiers spawning stuck is super common. Sometimes if you build a fortification right next to their spawn position, they get stuck next to it. If a soldier stands next to a bed in those long German barracks, they glitch into an unselectable airborne state and just float in the air. Even when vehicles respawn, you have a chance to get stuck on top of them—you can’t drive until you get off and get back on.
This game is just full of bugs, and most of them have been around for more than two years. With DF’s current situation, unless they get new programmers, we just have to put up with it. The latest “fixes” only barely improved the AI pathfinding.
⑦ The plate armor issue has been around forever. It’s been delayed for so long, even when many people directly ask about it, nothing gets done.
But I’m a bit confused about you saying the KV-1 is nearly unbreakable—it’s not that strong. Its stock shell only has 87mm of penetration, which can’t even penetrate the front of a Panzer IV without the side track bonus. Meanwhile, the Panzer IV’s long 75mm gets the best round right away and can easily penetrate the KV-1’s turret and front hull.
Another way to look at it: German and Japanese tanks just can’t roll over lower-BR vehicles like the Allies can. They can only fight evenly within their own BR. So the feel changes a lot when tanks from different BRs meet.
On top of that, the aiming in this game is arcade-style; your crosshair jumps around randomly, and shells get eaten by obstacles constantly, making aiming really frustrating. I’m talking about those trees you can’t even destroy.
