I really enjoy the Battle Pass currently, but I think it could be tweaked a little further to really improve it.
1. If you’re behind on battle pass progression, allow players to ‘catch up’ since the date the battle pass was released.
For example: if the battle pass released on 8th of April and it is now 16th of April, allow players who haven’t progressed in the battle pass (or players who have just bought it), and/or players who only did a couple of missions a day instead of all 9 - to catch up with the time that has passed.
So instead of 9 missions for 1 day, allow them to complete 8 days worth of missions or whatever amount it is they’re missing, basically allow players who didn’t play everyday to complete the amount of missions of a player who did play everyday.
That way, if for example new players join the game a week before the battle pass ends - there’s no reason for them not to buy it just because they’ll miss out. Because currently, if someone buys the battle pass 19 days before it ends they won’t be able to get all of the rewards even if they completed all 9 missions per day.
2. Buff current/future battle pass gold weapon orders.
Since the game is so massive, 3 different campaigns can be overwhelming, now double that amount because there are 2 armies in each campaign. 6 different armies, squads, weapons, maps, style of gameplay and more importantly progression.
People who buy the premium battle pass should be allowed to get 1 gold weapon order and 1 gold squad order for each army in each campaign. If you think that may be too much, perhaps double or triple the amount of gold orders for each, so instead of just 1 of each, we can get 2 or 3 of each.
3. Reduce the amount of bronze order from Battle Tasks drastically instead of removing them completely.
With the upcoming change mentioned here
Bronze Order Changes
I think it would be really nice to heavily nerf the amount of bronze orders you get from completing battle tasks. Maybe make it 1 bronze order every 3 or 5 completed tasks? Something is better than nothing.
That way, players who invest a lot of time into the game even after finishing the first 3 or 9 battle tasks per day can keep playing and completing sometimes tricky/inconvenient tasks (which is mentioned on the official update blog as “force you to change your playstyle just to complete a task, like switching campaigns, game modes or squads.”)
can still get rewarded for going out of their comfort zone/preferable way to play and hunt down some tasks for extra bronze orders.
