Battle Pass: Sixth Season of 2025

Just a reminder to keep the conversation civil and respectful. Let’s not derail a News item into some weird flaming nonsense.

This isn’t the place for that stuff. If you have an issue with someone, take it to the PM system, not the public forum.

Pretty sure it already did

The dispersion of MP43 is roughly the same as that of submachine gun, which does not match its positioning as an assault rifle. Its data is also completely behind STG44. Please kindly adjust the dispersion of MP43 in the future and raise it to around 40-50.

Yeah, I know. I’m looking at it all.

Long magzine has 40 round.
source:

40 round long magazine has 17 witness holes, and we can infer that each witness hole means two bullets. If the bottommost hole represents the first bullet (as it should be), then the topmost hole is the 33rd bullet, and there are still 7 bullets above the hole (which is clearly a double stack magazine).

The short magazine has 9 observation holes, which means 17 bullets. Please note that the distance between the top witness hole of the two magazines and the receiver is different. The part of the magazine inserted into the gun can hold at least 5-6 bullets, so I speculate that the short magazine has more than 20 bullets. In any case, it cannot have only 15 bullets.

I think the BP elite paid soldiers should be the top level soldier for their resective class. Paid players don’t want medioce sniper 2’s or assaulter 2’s.

at least give us the stickers to slap on the plane if y’all gonna switch it out without saying anything

YESSSS I was sure of it, my theory was correct !!!

As you can see here:

And with a thorough analysis on this topic:

It is pretty much confirmed that the BP weapon has an incorrect number of 15 rounds in its mag, while historically, it had a 20 round mag. Correcting this mistake would make this gun historically accurate, and it would also make this gun slightly better, because many players are complaining that its stats are really underwhelming at the moment.

So, I humbly ask you:

Gaijin pls fix

I just added some content, you can mention them.

If you look closely, especially here:

You can clearly see that the mag has 9 holes, not 7, that’s why it’s pretty much confirmed that this is a 20 round mag.

Oh, that makes sense

The in game model clearly shows 9 holes:

And the technical drawings show that one hole is hidden by the magwell:

There are some differences between the actual manufactured version and the drawing. The ninth hole is located under the receiver, not overlapping with the lower end of the receiver as shown on the drawing.
I think 24 rounds of bullets would be more reasonable.

Well, the content of Germany is a fully automatic rifle, I thought it was Germany’s turn to have a “semi-automatic” rifle (because there was Winchester 1907 in the United States, Hino Komuro in Japan, and KOKO in the Soviet Union) I really hope that she will be included in the battle pass in Germany.

Don’t forget that double-stack mags look like this:

The part at the top gets thinner to allow only one bullet to feed, so this might explain the slightly bigger gap between the first hole and the very top of the mag.
Plus, when you see a video of the reload animation of the ingame model, you can only see one bullet at the top of the mag, not two.
But yeah, we all agree that this mag can clearly fit more than 15 bullets.

A BP gun with magzine 24 round 6.5×52mm Carcano bullets(13.6 or 14.4 damage) is better than 20 round of 6.5mm.

As McDonald’s said, considering that the FG42-2 has a 20 round 15.3 damage magazine, high fire rate(830rpm), and is easy to control, 24 round is very reasonable, 20 round mag only makes it “useless”.

BTW, I still searching information about the capacity of this weapon, which will take some time, but we still have 40 days left before this gun release, so there’s no need to rush.
