As title says which one do you think is better?
On one end Winchester with that high ROF and high damage serves best of one hit kill with moderately good sustained fire.
On the other end SVT spam fire is godly too so
Thoughts?
it really depend your style.
but for experience, i highly suggest you to get your squads full of SVT38s.
they are extreamly good in close and mid range. which 80% of the maps are.
reload is quick, lots of ammo if you include small poches for ammunition. and great punch.
those germans will think it twice before invading our land again.
winchester is also good, but in close quarter the reloadings and lack of many bullets in the mag might be your death.

Considering how tiny and awful most maps are, I would get the SVT
Winchester is good for Monastery map
M91/30 is good at Fortified district map
But anyways, we should get something that will limit the use of semi automatic rifles on all soldiers
