Hi, us engineers have been nerfed and now cannot stack barbed wire, I know how some people went over board lol, but now we cannot block doorways, I used to stack two wires above each other.
Please reconsider this, I also thought we could stack sandbags but I never seem to be able to in OBT?
the only way they can re add that is if they make Dem packs more consistent against a stacked barbed wire

Stacked barb wire is the most effective thing an Engineer could do to defend an objective and its easily countered by explosives.
Dev please consider adding this back and if possible also add the ability to stack sandbags.

That sounds overboard to me, getting through that double barb was tough if you have no explosives. I think it is already bad enough you have to try not to get snagged by sprinting in the bunker filled with enemies. I’m all for adding damage per tick though, it’s kind of a joke when the whole squad can heal ya.
Then give your infantry Detonation Pack
i have a mix of dems packs and frags, but the issue is that they weren’t consistent against stacked barbed wired
Then that’s the problem with the dev, they need to make environment destruction consistent.

oops nerfed another game mechanic into the ground because people are dog shit at the game.
Hope this gets unmerged when they figure out detpacks so one can blow up wire…

i know, i didn’t want the stacking remove i was pissed off by it because of the inconsistencies with dem packs
Maybe the Devs will fix detpacks and allow stacking again, let’s see

@Keofox Hi, the barbed wire no longer stacking because how engineers were using it, on DDay (presumably) has reduced the value of engineers, we can no longer block doors.
If we could stack two wires it would allow us to block doors, I also think the nerf stopped us building sandbags on top of each other, which I’m pretty sure was a feature in Normandy / Moscow CBT - please just fix det packs to destroy wire, and give our engineer back the ability to stack.
