I get that teammates not building rallies sucks but not having teammates and having a long wait for a match to be assembled would also suck. If this did happen expect around a third of the player base to be banned. Had a match yesterday where I was the only one building and setting up APC’s: thanks for the free points!

Also there are tine when half the team is sniper, mortars or other rear line units and you don’t have time because you’re loosing points in30 seconds

You do realize that Enlisted is just a “FREE VIDEO GAME, right?” NTM a free video game that lacks players? 
So, I would think that banning players when you need players might not be the best solution.

Yes.
It really isn’t, Rally Points are required for victory unless your attacking on Invasion, that’s the only exception. In assault there is nothing you can do I can’t cary my team when I can only have 1 Rally Point.
Bots build more Rallys than real players anyway so i’ll take it
Can’t carry the team in assault, you can only have 1 Rally + APC but APCs go into quene all the time and can’t be used by Bots

No, Bolt Actions are good enough for BR-5, at least the Arisakas in 6.5 are due to high RoF and high aim assist.
