Balancing the game quality vs quantity

ok i have a great idea how to bring more balance into battles, also make the new/old player gap shorter and bring more variety into the game.

atm every faction (ally/axis) of every campaign have 2 different type of each class, for example assault I and assault II, (snipers have I, II and III in some campaign), my idea consist in reduce the quality of guns that soldiers I can bring to battle and reduce the quantity of soldiers II can u bring to battle.

lets take as example allys in normady campaing, lets say soldiers 1 can use a max of 4 star weapons, this means that assault 1 soldiers can use at best m3a1 (grease) submachine guns, weapons with 5 or more stars like thompson would be only aviable for assault 2 soldiers, in the other hand soldiers II would fit in 2 slots of the squad instead of one.

like this you have a balance of quality/quantity inside your squad, u can bring a assault soldier II with a thompson or 2 assault soldier I with grease guns, same go for other weapons aswell for example soldier 2 with semiatomatic m1 garand rifle or 2 soldiers 1 with ross mk.III rifles.

surely some adjustments will have to be made, reduce or increase stars of some weapons.

I think the solution to things such as stat creep is to not allow it in the first place. Let there be trades, this for that. More ammo means less stamina, more health means slower medpack use, etc. etc. This will prevent stat creep but also give award to players who play and may optimize the stats for their soldiers. I think the same should apply for weapon upgrades and make it so weapons do not totally stat creep and instead have certain strengths and weaknesses (as long as it is historic).

Its too late to implement restrictions like this. People have already spent so much time/money to their armies. And after next major patch when we can sell our stockpiles(lower tier weapons we dont need) its just impossibleto implement

So what would happen if someone maxed tier 1 assaulters and skipped all grease guns and only invested in thompsons and fully upgrade those? How about every class that can use semiautos?

And tankers? Cause someone upgradet his tank his crew cant drive it anymore?

Its just too late for restrictions. But good thimg is that almost every lowtier weapon is really competive

every guy like me who already have thompson should have a lot of soldiers II to equip those powerfull weapons, and if u dont have them by some reason you will have a lot of orders, after gaijin compensate you as they said, to make more soldiers II or more weapons, in any case we must do something like this because soon or later all server will be running in the battlefield using only the same 1 or 2 weapons making game monotonus and boring.

I think devs said they will compensate with bronze orders, not silver. And some people just ignore leveling tier 2 squads if they dont need or use 2 exactly same squads simultaneously cause benefit is just marginal atm.

Or some classes like bomber tier 2 is just bad, that 17,5% grenade throwing range just make it harder to use grenades.

And like i said earlier lot of lower tier weapons are really competive. Personally i dont think restricting weapons/squads/soldiers that people grinded already is right way to ‘balance’ game. Its even better to nerf things useless then say: “we changed our mind and changed rules, you cant use this thing anymore”

New People will eventually flow in due to Phly spaming how good the game is, along with others who just get some free content (and newbs will think they actually bought it, so they buy same).
After some 100€ minimum wasted on the games, they realize it kinda sucks, but lifetime was wasted and they move on.

Literally the lifetime I spent on playing shit games is longer time than I have served in prison lmao.
