In some campaign the amount of squads that are only AI is depressing.
I’ve been in multiple matches with only 2 players that behaves like actual players.
While the other side seems mostly composed of human players.
I find those matches boring when I’m on the “human” side, and simply frustrating when on the “AI” side.
They usually end very quickly as there is no real opposition.
The AI devours your side’s resources on offence and just mass up on the capture point on defense and are super easy to clear. They move like lemmings and don’t bother with what a lot of players would consider high priority target.
I understand no wanting to make players wait to long for a match.
But if we are going to have this imbalance, could we at least make it less frustrating and more fun for the people on the side with less active players.
The suggestion is as follow: When populating a match, make it so you need to have the same amount of human players on both sides for the less popular side. For the side that have much more players, let them have a match against only bots, it’s going to be pretty much the same thing for them one way or the other.
Even 4 human players against 10 human players usually won’t be able to slow them down all that much, unless there a huge experience difference. I’ve seen it but it very rare.
It makes me want to avoid those campaign especially the less populated side, I’m probably not the only one.
I’m worried that on the long run this is going to hurt the game, as I fell less interested in the game all together because for me what makes a match interesting and fun are the hard fights where you have to give it your all to help your side win. Not one where you simply try to get as much point as you can before the inevitable win/loss.
