For quite some time now, I’ve missed having music during battles, just like in War Thunder. Since we don’t have that feature yet (and please note, this isn’t a complaint), I took the initiative to create an YouTube playlist. If anyone wants the link, just ask.
Of course, I’m talking about a background soundtrack like in WT, with the option to turn it off.
How about encouraging the devs to produce and add battle music?
- For sure!
- Maybe…
- Don’t see any difference.
- Not at all!

I have various musical groups saved on my computer, so I load that up before I start playing.

I use my old win xp as a stereo and put one earbud in from my Win 11 PC so I still have situational awareness, if it’s customs though who cares Jams are more important IMO.

If I am not listening to to my music on my computer while I am playing, I will have my laptop sitting next to my computer playing a movie. I have probably a couple hundred movies saved on a flash drive I can watch. I really don’t watch, but I have to have something going somewhere in the background.
The last time I looked at my music folder on my PC I had 279 songs, mostly 70’s-90’s rock.

Turn music off, learn to play without sound. You play better.

I just did that because I waited for my computer update and when it was done and I logged in, I forgot to turn the music on. I played with all battle sounds this time…Oh the humanity.

I didn’t turn the music back on, when I go back to play I am watching the original War of the Worlds from the 1950’s.
Well, not watching it, listening to it in the background.

Sometimes, yes, while in lone fighters. But when squad battle, the music on background makes me rusher.
It’s like a need to advance or defend with everything I can use.

I have Queen’s One Vision song on my saved rock music. It was a song in Iron Eagle.
