I wonder if we can allow tank that lost crews to recrew when they drive back to supply point. And the back up crew comes from additional tankers that is put into the squad.

Tanker in reserve ? That’s a good idea yeah ! Right now if you lost some tanker you can ask a friend to get in to refill tank (I was gunner and a random player started driving the other day that was fun), or ask to just double click square (PS4) to order squad to refill tank and let you total control of it
what about an option to capture enemy tanks, a lot of tanks in WW2 ended up in enemy hands, might also make some fun variations to existing tanks, like an American tank with German guns and cameo
