To be fair I’ve only seen this a few times but when it happens it Ruins the match for the team dealing with this.
I’ve seen people doing back-to-back suicide bombing/rocket runs. The issue being that the game spawns your plane in in a relatively good spot for a quick bomb or rocket run, and if you do JUST that and smash the ground, there isn’t nearly enough time for anyone to do anything about it to stop you.
Combine that with the ability to purchase some plane squads And purchase extra squad spots and you end up with players using 3 or maybe even 4 plane squads back to back because by the time the last one dies the first is available again and when it does the second one is available again and so on.
I’ve watched a few people do this farming in 200 to at the worst 330 kills in a single match and thats Kills not counting they’re assists while averaging 25-40 deaths due to the constant suicides after they’re runs. They come in too fast for anyone in a plane or ground AA to even have a chance to do anything about them unless somehow they spawned right in front of your plane which I’ve never seen happen.
These players are raking in 10-15k score PER GAME before any of they’re modifiers kick in. I understand wanting to level quickly but that is broken as there is no counter to it. At least an excellent tanker who farms infantry with HE can be blown up by a plane, or a clever infantry, or another tank. NOTHING can stop these respawning suicide bombers.

So? If you actually play the campaign no need to be a genius to see there isn’t any big scale bombing runs like on Normandy when it’s present actually almost every games lol.
is it possible to introduce an algorithm where the pilot gets 1/5 of the points for every 5 sec. he stays alive after the bombing run and up to 25 sec., when he gets the full points?
The time splitting is meant to avoid the situation when the rule would be: full points only after 30 sec. but he gets shot down before the time passes.
also dont code an infinite reward every 5 sec please .

Better fix would be limiting planes to 3 per player on match

This may be a viable option that would fit my play style. I would even like to see a team death match version.
I think a part of the problem is that spawns for planes are closer to the battlefield than the resupply point. It should be the other way around.

It would shred infantry especially with 37mm autocannon.
Tanks exist you know and theirs no complains about them.
How AA would fix suicide bombing?
you can’t solve the problem by doing nothing.
eliminating the crash damage of the planes solves the problem
Tank LMGs have reduced damage and no splash damage. Also tanks have much slower turrets than MAAs. Give stationary AAs 10x ammo and nearly 360-degree bullet protection = OP infantry slicer.
Hey that is actually a good idea. Wont stop all the crying since a good pilot can still kill some 300. But atleast suicide wont be an option. And its 3 planes total, not 3 planes of each plane.
I agree, people will still complain but at least if some team-focused player who flies well spawns in their own plane and takes out that bomber the bomber player can’t just spawn in infinite bombers and do non-stop runs. It would require good bombers to also be good pilots and require them to stay alive long enough to get up to those 200-300 kills rather than just eating dirt 30 times and farming them with no effort.
I think 3 planes a match is a fair deal. Even if all your allied planes are down, and it would SUCK to do it and be a pain, you could with some determined engineering take out a bomber with an AA and your team would thank you for it even if your score and death count didn’t.
