B7A2 (Homare 23) as Japanese BR5 TT attacker

The Aichi B7A2 could carry 2x250kg and 4x60 kg bombs, which has more bombload than the Fw190 D-12.

Here’s the specification, despite the speed is kinda slow(586km/h), but it has a pretty good turn time so you can also use it as a fighter.

I think the base B7A2 is BR4 material, but the Homare 23 engine significantly improves performance so that variant could be BR5.

We could have the B7A2 at BR4 with 2x250kg and 4x60kg and/or the B7A2 (H23) at BR5 with 1x800kg.

To be fair, the I-185 (M-82) is a bit weak for what BR5 is in 2026. USSR still has zero BR4 planes in the tech tree. The best solution would be to move the I-185 (M-82) down to BR4, then add the M-71 variant that is ~65km/h faster to BR5 with 2x250kg bombs.

This would be a great addition as an attack aircraft. It would be so much better than the D4Y1 and the B5N2. Also love ur profile pic lol
