At least double the experience gained from allies spawning at a spawn you've built

Suggestion in topic title. Otherwise, it is not clear how to convey to people that playing as a sniper, pilot and tanker is more profitable in terms of experience gained, but the point of the game is to win at key points.
Very few players read the forum and watch the guides. Some do not understand the nuances of the game for years.
P.S.
You can also increase the experience gained for capturing or holding points and reduce the experience for “helping” tanks and aircraft.

well xp gained is greatly diminished for planes and tanks. snipers also almost never get high xp (except few exceptions)

overall you are looking at score and not at real xp that you earned in match. score ≠ xp.

While I do agree that getting troops on the objective is critical to winning, and that rally points should give an increase to points gained, or change the system alltogether (I’m not opposed to removing the initial points given for the spawn, and instead giving assist points for every one of their kills instead)

That said, support roles shouldn’t take a hit on points gained. There are often games where I am playing a support role, off the objective, and am the sole reason our guys are able to get into there in the first place.

The prime example of this is on Normandy Campaign, D-Day map. Playing as Allies.
The bunker on the right hill is a PERFECT location to utilize a AT field gun. I can keep the tanks cleared out with ease, as well as mop up their infantry running around on objectives 2-4. It makes the push SIGNIFICANTLY easier for the other troops on the ground.

If I don’t take up that position, and instead try running alongside teammates on the push, we all just get fed into a meatgrinder of defensive firepower.

My POINT is that distanced support roles don’t need to take a hit to points, but direct support roles need a buff or alteration to their point generation from structures like rally points, ammo boxes, and sandbag walls.

Taking flanks, building respawns, capturing a point is a mandatory element of smart behavior. And sitting the whole battle as a sniper or bombing the desert is an element of selfishness. The player has the right to play this way, but the game should not reward him with experience.

I’m going to address this first.
Not all snipers play the way that you are noting. In fact, those that do rarely get many points for it. The snipers that you may NOT be noticing, are the ones that are:

  • focusing on taking out priority targets before they even become an issue
  • Marking out tanks and large groups to be dealt with more efficiently
  • thinning out incoming enemy squads before they get to the objective

These things CAN make a difference.
NOTE: My buddy plays exclusively as a sniper. Personally I’m really glad he does. He keeps things spotted for our team, cleans up enemy snipers and MGs, and on the occasions where I get pinned down by something, he USUALLY has the ability to deal with it for me.

If they are “bombing the desert” it sounds like they are trying to learn how to fly. That’s its own situation. I’ve already made suggestions to make the practice range more efficient so players can learn to fly better without having to go into actual games.

That said, they aren’t going to be getting many points unless they are landing hits. So other than taking up a slot which could be better utilized by an experienced pilot (which should have a vote system to fix such situations), I don’t see where that is really an issue either.
