Is there any real reason to bring an AT Crew vs just an Engineer crew with AT Troopers?
I feel like we need something along the lines of the Engineer Company for the AT Crew. Maybe like a green indicator on the AT Crew itself? Idk. Or maybe just letting bots with AT Rifles target vehicles?
Same reason you bring an assaulter squad- more bodies with the weapon you want to throw at the problem.
I guess but they aren’t really special. You can get 3 AT troops in an AT squad. You can get 2 AT gunners + flak + AT cannons with engineers.
AT trooper is IMHO too unreliable against armor, TNT does better job and you can equip it to everyone.
Yeah same. I can use an AT cannon on Engineers or just any explosive pack. Or some 7mm at rifle …
Well yeah. But why even have the squad in the game if they are marginally better or worse than any squad with an AT Trooper?
There isnt 3 engineer groups in any campaing so 2xengineer squad and 1 AT squad with 2 engineers are pretty fun setup.
All armed with fg42 and panzerfaust.
Depends on weapons, Panzerfaust is godly imo. But most of AT weapons are meh.
Sacrifice all Trooper slots for AT focus.

Yeah some AT weapons are good but why use the ATsquad over a troop or 2 in any other squad?

What do they need to do the make the AT squad preferable to just having an AT trooper?
I think they did well with Engineers and Radios, but something is just missing with the AT squad.
Because players enjoy playing like they want? I dont judge anyone tbh. I too have some thing i like to do with my squads, like using historical loadouts and people can judge me all they want tbh.
For example my Normandy squads, and i have all levels unlocked as you can see. People just want to play what they like.
Doesn’t judge people. 
It is about balance. People will always do things that aren’t viable because they enjoy it. They could also try to make the AT squad better to make that a better experience.
Tbh, in Normandy it is fun to kill people with Panzerfausts, i love them tbh.
I don’t actually play Normandy much is there a PF? I thought it was just the Strump? Berlin 100% has PF… Even the Russians…
Yep.
Fg 42 or fg 42 II still wrecks anything and not even single grey zone tank camper is problem anymore. Ofcourse thats only work in berlin and mayby in normandy
With bit of practise that panzerfaust can kill any tank like 100metres away

Huh. Thats actually pretty good for a squad setup specifically because of the FG42s.
I think if they just implement a system for bots to use the AT weapons correctly when given (destroy the vehicle order) instead of just chucking an explosive pack and forgetting their PF.
Imo AT squad should be able to build AT guns like engineers.
