Assult need an overhaul

Change assault objectives
Make 1 objective a destroyable likr destruction
Make another one like confrontation , able to be captured by both sides
If attacker can destroy the one and took control of other, athey can continue to other phase.
With this way; 1 objective is not recapturable and after dealing with that, attackers than fully focus on other.
This will actually make assault way more intense; defenders MUST destroyable one at all cost but still defend the other one since destructio is irreversible.

That’s a good idea for some maps for sure. The WW1 game Isonzo does this on its version of invasion maps. It adds some good variety to the gameplay.

Also some of the objectives need to change. It is nearly impossible to win as the attacker in the ministry garden assault because 50% of the objectives are too open with only few destructible shacks as cover.

If Darkflow actually made the Ministry garden authentic to the real thing so they had room for trenches, we wouldn’t be in this predicament. There is at least room for two more assault points when looking at the map. That is why you base your maps on aerial recon photos, maps, etc. It doesn’t have to be word for word, so to speak, but it should be pretty close.
