Aircraft such as the Spitfire, Hurricane, and Bf 109 have tropical variants in game, which feature minimal performance differences. In the new version of the game these variants will be pointless to grind and may not match their environment. My suggestion is to assimilate the variants into singular unlocks that would change based on the campaign (map), similarly to how squad customization will (i.e. Bf 109 F-4 in Moscow and Bf 109 F-4/trop in Tunisia).

I realize that the Spitfires and TT Hurricane do not have non-tropical variants as of yet. I mentioned the planes in case said variants are added in the future.
