I’m honestly a little disappointed that the tier 4 assaultes don’t have 20 vitaliy, casue believe that they should change that so they do, making them slightly better and wouldn’t break the games balance at all, allow them to heal more heath, have more stamina, etc.
So, what do you guy’s, gal’s, sentient objects, sentient tanks, sentient planes, sentient animals, and anime women think?

I agree, at the moment Assaulter III is better except for using small mag capacity SMGs, Assaulter IV is better suited for that, otherwise III base perk is far better than IV.
12% reload is far worse than 100% health restored by medpack.
