Does anyone else have the problem where you try to place artillery, and your map screen scrolls a million miles an hour while you are trying to select the target? This happens to me all the time now for some reason. I have to scroll out as far as possible to stop the map from scrolling and place a tiny dot hopefully in the right place… not sure wth is going on… please help
I remember mouse wheel controls the zoom of the map. Check if Your mouse works?
Assuming you play with mouse, rather than… something else.
If you’re using controller use the other analog stick to move slower
ya im using the mouse… as soon as i try to scroll in to get a better view, the map slides off to the left … mouse is otherwise working completely fine
Another thing - be aware of your mouse position when scrolling - if the mouse cursor is in the center of map, it should stay. If it is somewhere on the edge, it will move even further.

I get that but not on all campaigns.
Never managed to get it sorted so gave up on that squad 
yeah its weird… it only happens some of the time… but even in my original campaign (Tunisia Allied) it only started doing it about a month ago… now it happens for me in almost every campaign
