Artificial intelligence units, vehicles, aircraft

Unfortunately, the intelligence of the units played by the computer or AI is very poor at the moment.

Suggestions for improvement:

  1. The units must always obey the order
    (it is not possible for me to give the unit an order to hold positions and an order
    resets so that the unit runs interchanged)
  2. Aircraft
    Why limit aircraft in battle, there could be maybe 3 vs 3 aircraft
    (if I build Flak and then there’s no one to shoot at, it’s sad)
    The pilot does not have a parachute if he wants to evacuate from a damaged aircraft,
    so he can’t because he always kills himself.
    3.Tanks
    Again, why the restrictions on tanks ??
    (If I’m in a tank, I often only shoot at soldiers. It would be
    good to adjust these formations so that there can be more tanks on the battlefield,
    they can also play AI for them if they are smart enough).
    4.Weapons
    Balancing weapons should come first. Sniper rifle,
    which has a range of 1,000 m is correct, for a submachine gun as needed
    The MP 41 is the same range even though the table shows something else.
    Example if the sniper is on the turret a
    I’m 800 m away, for example, if I shoot him, then him
    I hit, which is wrong. The MP 41 assault submachine gun has a maximum range
    200m, assault range is 100m it’s a melee weapon.
    (There are more of these unbalanced weapons in the game)
    Portable machine guns have pedestals that can not be used and
    it impairs the accuracy of shooting, there would be good mechanics
    make it work.

5.Ju-87
Here I found two bugs, a malfunctioning machine gun in the co-pilot,
thus, it is impossible to defend against the enemy.
The control lever is missing in the cockpit. :joy:

    There could still be a possibility to lay anti-infantry and tank
    mine.

  1. When reloading at the USSR sniper rifle Mosin M91 / 30 sniper rifle, is

Because 2-3 tanks for each side on the maps we have now are sometimes more than enough. Adding more of them would make playing as infantry almost pointless, because you would be instantly massacred.

Please, not again. There really is no need for mines in Enlisted and this problem has been brought up many times before. They require no skill to use and there is no good way to counter them in the chaos of battle. We also have AI running all around the map and they would just cause unwanted explosions.

There is an option to bring more planes (2 for each side at least), but the players just choose not to for most of the times. They have bad rendering distance, what makes them hord to use for some players. And that is why they choose to bring their tanks to the battle.

It would simply slog down the game massively as tanks cant cap points.

No, tanks and planes share a pool of 3 vehicles. Planes are absolute trash in this game, so almost all players take tanks, leaving no spots for planes.

If I wanted more tanks on a team, I’d legit just play WT.
I’ve seen more planes Suicide than actually be of use, so it’s a nice touch, but awfully played at the moment.
Maybe when there are 20 - 30 + humans per team and larger maps, but for now, it would be a waste.

Vehicle limits are a lesson from War Thunder. It really ruins the experience for everyone when there’s too many vehicles of a type.

Vehicles get diminishing returns on how effective they are, actually turning into a hinderance for their own team after a certain point (you still need boots on the ground to handle objectives) while still frustrating the enemy team.
You can always say “just down spawn in one if your team already has a lot”, but of course everyone thinks they should be the exception and spawns in anyway.
