Currently the HE on these vehicles require a direct hit, I think it would be best to raise the splash damage on HE round.

I agree, I know the tanks are using very low caliber guns but it feels like hand grenades are deadlier and have a wider blast radius.
Hand grenades have more explosive filler than these 37mm HE shells, afaik. HE does need the buff tho
