Arisaka mortar cannot be used by mortar man class but says on the weapon that is is available for Rifleman, AT-Gunner and Mortarman. Is this a bug in description or bug with its not working for mortarman class?

Upon further investigation i noticed you have to equip in the secondary slot. Ill leave this post up if theirs anyone else out there like me lol.

I got one of these from the silver chests recently and I was confused by how I can’t give it to AT soldiers despite it saying that it can be used by them.
