Are you sure improved the balance by tweaking captime, capreward, spawncost is working?

After .71 balance improvement update, I take a look/test at some Pacific missions.
What I find is that, for Allies attacking missions, dev “slightly” shortened captime for 5s (total captime per point, at std time is ~80s), partially increased some capreward from 175 to 350 (only 1 or 2 cap points has received a bump). While Axis attacking missions has nothing changed. Spawn cost has nothing changed. All at standard 125.

After played lots of matches (at EU/EEU, 7AM~5PM UTC), still unbalanced matchmaking. Axis always have more players and higher ranked players.

Seriously, your way of balance is a joke.
Who the F try to balance individual match by tweaking mission attributes? What about NA server? Obviously they are pro-Allies. Meanwhile EU+EEU server are pro-Axis. No matter how you changed the mission attributes, the unbalanced match and matchmakers wont be changed at all.

Yes, this balance doesn’t satisfy me, I’ve been playing Pacific American since the new pass started and I’ve found that I’m not losing games because of my skill level/gear issues. A truly effective balance would be a matchmaking system based on player gear and skill level, as well as redoing some of the maps (e.g. Tenaru River, where the attacking side needs to cross two rivers when attacking a second battle zone, which is very annoying)
