I hope DF knows that players have not signed any contracts with any factions, and they will only choose their most comfortable gameplay, just like in the previous WP, Impact Grenades, and Firethrowers. If you don’t join the deserter punishment, I believe more and more players from other factions will choose a strong faction, choose to play with BR3 queues, and decisively exit when entering high-level battles.
(A few days ago, I used Japanese combat and even destroyed 15 Sherman tanks, still losing my game. This is also why I made up my mind to join the BR3 US military.)
The writing is already on the wall the Japanese faction is essentially dead unless some major changes happen and if you want people to stop leaving give them map preference and game mode selection
