I want to save the ‘newbies’, so I buffed the bolt action.
Pacific is a campaign level full of bolt action has been revealed.
I liked the automatic rifle so much that I asked him to lift the weapon restrictions in Stalingrad, and in the end, there is no weapon restriction in the Pacific.
Even the 4x experience booster (permanent) called P2W has disappeared.
Now we have to do our own experience research when raising a level 3 squad.
Are you satisfied?
I’m pretty happy with the game’s current state, and I’m glad that its slowly growing and evolving little by little over time
They have done a lot of good for this game. Even if there is vocal disagreement on the forum.
There always will be though, people are allowed their opinions.
I think Pacific will be a defining moment of lumping lots of little campaigns into one for the sake of losing some historical accuracy.
We will see if its successful or not once it launches. But to me it looks like the game is pointed in the right direction.
Its not perfect, but no game truly is.
They are saving me too, and i been playing for quite some time now. It’s nice to have some other options besides meta guns, i was tired of spamming MP43, FG42 and such. Bolts are great, feels great and overall are great lol.
As a full f2p player i’m glad
Yes. But of course, many changes are still needed.
Youre one of those huh?
To anwser your question:
Yes
I’m pretty happy with the game’s current state, and I’m glad that its slowly growing and evolving little by little over time
Teams are still imbalanced as hell
whenever I pick “join either side” it always puts me on the axis with tons of high level players on the allied side and none on the axis side.
Always worked like this
I find it difficult to follow how the majority of people seem so aggressively pro-f2p despite the fact that it’s predatory and anti-consumer, and affects all aspects of the game negatively.
I liked the Stalingrad pack, and think it could have gone over much better if they had handled the campaign progression better for f2p players.
I’m disappointed in the direction the loudest players are pushing the game, and hope to see less f2p gimmicks and more unlocks that are one-time purchase.
The game keep live if he keep make money, this is how live to service work
That doesn’t make sense to me, because I play other games that aren’t free to play, and they still get regular updates and maintain online servers by way of onetime purchases, monthly subscriptions, and cosmetic microtransactions.
There are better ways to run the game and make money. It’s my opinion that Stalingrad could have been a step in the right direction, if it hadn’t been sabotaged by the f2p acolytes and darkflows own inability to read the room
They keep sell the game with promotion or discount, and wen the game sell cant anymore mantain the server the company close the game
The games currently can be summarized in a very easy 6/10 used to be a 8 or a 9/10
It is fun, it is a good game, but rarely nowadays. It is just filled with the dirtiest players spamming the most cancerous of strats, exploiting a exploitable game basically.
Planes crashing to the ground, tanks miles away spamming HE, every soldier equipped with a automatic weapon, 0 fucks given anymore for historical authenticity.
The game was at its peak for lets say April - September 2021. Around the time OBT dropped and Berlin was released. Yes the game had issues, but it was a lot more fun, interesting, balanced and immersive to play.
Most people had simple BAs, few semi-autos there and there. Some SMGs and MGs. Now it seems that the only squads that are used are either Assaulter squads for some unhistorical weapon spams like MKBs, Federovs, OP smg like PPSH, ARs like STG spam. Rifle squads where all 9 guys have SFs or Grenade launchers for maximum cancer. Or MG squads whom are so unrealistic in this game its not even funny. The awful dispersion at range, broken bipods, but ability to shoot them while not bracing a with a handle or a bipod. Like have the devs held an actual machine gun? Those things are really heavy. But they are as light as pistols in this game.
Playing tank is also really boring, since you either die a hero trying to support an infantry assault, but dying instantly to 17 explosion packs cooked so stupidly that you dont even see the icon, or you live long gray zone camping like an asshole and making the game boring and painful
Same with planes, with bombs kinda nerfed from what they were (In a way rightfully), It is barely worth it to fly back and resupply, when you can kamikaze into the ground for guaranteed accurate kills.
P2w premiums who cost way too much. They put more fucking effort to make overpriced premiums that making the game good
The game is just a tryhard fest with no restrictions for them. Devs ditched trying to be historical and represent and respect the battles and the people who fought there as best as possible. And thats why the game is now just average or more accurately just bad
Right, that’s why they keep releasing content. It’s a proven model, look at elite dangerous: that game has been going for over ten years and it’s often on sale for under $20 and it remains profitable enough to continue releasing expansions
Elite dangerous still have microtransaction and if you want full play it you need pay
You know how cost mantain a capital ship in that game?
Play in factional warfare?
Try to make your way in the galaxy?
Exactly that’s my point. Paying a one time upfront cost and having cosmetic microtransactions instead of f2p bullshit is the superior game and business model. I’m glad we see it the same way
