Are Para box items fully upgraded or not?

I was wondering if any knows if weapons from the para boxes upgraded or only the base version.
Ultimatly it doesnt change much regarding what you choose but should be nice to know regardless.

Weapon from paratrooper box are all fully upgraded :slight_smile:

It has been confirmed by @Euthymia07 and also u can notice how it is upgraded by the fact SMGs getting RoF upgrade while shooting them
