Are new Normandy premium squads a limited time offer?

Basically the title. To be precise, I want to know what does the “Time left” counter mean here. I assume it’s not for the discount, since they seem to be permanent:

might just be a scare tactic to try and get more people to buy i, that or no one is buying it, i have still yet to see one of these weapons come up in game

No wonder with those pricetags.

I understand that the devs need to make money but either they need to make significant sales (-50%+) much more often or come with a more adequate price right away. The game doesnt have the playerbase to justify prices like 35€ for a single squad.

I can tell you from experience that Gaijin’s pricing policy is basically “insanely high base prices, stuff becomes almost reasonable during periodic 30-50% sales”

Means nothing but dont want to know how many people are buying it because they think it will disappear. Besides: I would absolutely never buy one single premium squad for the full price. It is just absolutely insane to think about 50 bucks for a single premium squad or 2 bucks for a single coat in the new campaign which is BOUND to one soldier.

I always buy only those squads which will disappear after the sale they’re on. Except of the early access packs - For Tunisia and Berlin because I was fooled into believing those won’t be accessible after the launch, and for Stalingrad because this time it actually contained sth special.

Btw, aren’t practices like this fake timer or “infinite sale” illegal, at least in the EU?

I do the same. When sales start and they write “squad will disappear after the sales” I take them.

Good question, I dont know if it is illegal.
