Are Dive Brakes still game?

I vaguely remember back in CBT days the Stuka had dive brakes, so you could do proper 90 dives on tanks, I still see the key mapping, but only see flaps on UI whilst flying?

Any flyboys confirm or even remember them being a thing?

I don’t recall stuka in game having air brakes at all. But maybe I forgot.
