Personally, I've been playing this game since pre-merge, and I know that many of us struggle and find it difficult to acquire Appearance Orders. Personally, although I've accumulated quite a few by playing the game for hundreds of hours, I still find it difficult to equip most of my squads with the appropriate and historically accurate outfits.
That’s why, in order to fix this problem, all the developers have to do is make Appearance Orders apply only to uniforms, without including magazine pouches or other equipment.
At the same time, they should add all the already-designed magazine pouches, such as the STG and MP40 pouches, to the backpack customization section, alongside all the additional straps and other equipment. This would give players much more freedom when customizing their soldiers while making it easier to create historically accurate loadouts.
It also doesn’t make sense that, for an Assaulter using a foreign weapon, the only way to equip additional ammunition magazines is to use G41 pouches or Italian MAB pouches. Similarly, if a Rifleman or Sniper wants to carry additional ammunition for an SVT, they have to equip a PPSh magazine pouch. These options are completely illogical from a historical and visual standpoint. Separating magazine pouches from uniforms and making them individually customizable would solve this issue and give players the freedom to equip their soldiers with equipment that actually matches their weapons and factions.
As u can see in the Appearance menu there are some uniforms that don’t have any thing attached to them So the developers can start from there and add the attachments to an improved backpack section
