I would find it helpful when you go into change a soldiers appearance if the rest of the squad remained in the background rather than just the lone soldier. It would make matching outfits easier if you can see what everyone else is outfitted with. It would also be helpful from that screen if you could choose who you want to buy the cosmetics for rather then just individually or for the squad…it would make it less tedious.
It would also be helpful on the soldiers equipment screen if there was a similiar set up for equipping a soldier/partial squad/whole squad for similiar weapons, packs, melee, water bottles, grenades, first aid/tool kits, etc…would save time then doing it individually.
