Title is self-explanitory. I didn’t chsnge anything about the springfield, but it is missing a sound when I shoot it

You have to set the format of the generated bank files to be PCM, or else stuff like that will happen

If necessary, delete the folder with the sound files, run the repair function from the launcher and the files will be installed again - fresh and clean
I think you can not modify the files without the launcher fixing them automatically
Gaijin smart launcher will check the file hash for every registered game files, and redownload any that doesn’t match every time it checks for update.
So the only way the sounds are broken like that is with incorrectly configured sound mods installed.
It is also observed that Vorbis Format of the bank files will cause 1 of the Springfield firing sound and reload sound no.3 of the Beretta SMG series go missing
