So idk if anyone plays WT but in this group I’m in we’re doing a Finland Vs. USSR event this Sunday and I was just wondering if anyone would want to Join?

in WT? Idk, doesnt quite have the right vibe for it for such an event, not to mention the Finland map is shit.
We’re testing out the waters for a Finnish group, usually the event are Germany Vs. USSR.
Its more, youll just end up with soviet tanks vs soviet tanks, depending if you want to set it during the continuation war, you get some fairly bog standard events on mediocre maps.
Not to mention, when I think Winter War, and the continuation war to a degree, I think less tank battles, and more infantry engagements, with tanks in a support role, that or unsupported tanks being ambushed by infantry.
Well there’s also the BT-42 and Vickers.
I mean, if your running a historical battle, the BT-42 didnt come about till after the Winter War over I thought, and the vickers is basically just a T-26, or well a T-26 is just a vickers.
Imo, making a custom mode in Enlisted with custom squads and etc would work far better.

Well we’re also just bored of Panzer Abteilung 247 Vs. The 41st Guards Tank Regiment. Trying something new, ya know?
Well we’ll also have planes.
I mean there are so many battlefields you could attempt to simulate instead imo.
Like you could use white rock for Sevastopol even. There are many options there.
I know doing some unfair fight type scenarios can be really fun too, like early war germans vs KV1 and maybe a couple supporting T 26s.
Tigers in Kursk are a classic too.
Well the 247th is armed with 3 different Panzer IV models and a few Sd.Kfz.140/1s and the 41st Is armed with many T-34 models and KV-1s
We also do AA events because we plan to have some AA units too like the 614th and one that uses Flakbuses
