The Battle of El Alamein would be interesting if they designed a good map, but if you just want to play with BR5 equipment in Tunisia, you can create custom matches in the game.

If you mean weapons/vehicle wise, then nothing.

Fighting in Africa ended in 1943, and there were never Tiger 2, Panther, long barrel Sherman or jets there.
