Any Matchmaking

I’d love to see leveled matchmaking like War Thunder. I’m level 4 but I keep getting destroyed by level 7 weapons. Perhaps if you can only join lobbies of players that are no more than 1 level above or below you.

I’ll just quote myself from earlier:

Just started a new campaign after reaching lvl 26 in another and it’s really OK. I need to alter my playstyle but isn’t degrading me to cannon fodder. Au contraire -I’m even more focused on setting up a good positioned rally point asap, blow breaches in the walls on Omaha. Of course I hesitate to jump into a conquer point wit a bolt action rifle to contest the defenders with their SMGs and focus more on second line activities or getting upon the enemie from an unexpected angle. Also I think twice if my squad has the means to run after a tank to blow it up when the amount of detpacks is yet quiet limited.
But: I still have a lot of fun, I still can be very useful for the team and from time to time I’m still among the top 3 of my team even without farming assists with a tank ( an no mortar/arty).
And the Moscow campaign is very forgiving when it comes to campaign levels because even semi auto rifles are lvl 20+ and so bolt actions are far more common. And tbh it’s not such a big difference if you are using a starter Mosin or a Winchester.

I guess with “level 7 weapons” you mean semi-auto rifles…to be honest that’s not such a big gap. It’s not like you would need mor shots to kill him or so. Maybe you get a bit to much in the thick CQB fights with your bol action? And besides these you can easily have 2 Assault guy with SMGs which are at a greater advantage to semi-autos in CQB compared to semi-auto vs bolt-action. It also helps to take your pistols from the Tankers and give them to your Infatry squad as secondaries for indoor engagements - that helped me untill I got a bit more equipment.
I’m nobody at all who throws this phrase around, but this is 100% a l2p issue if you think 3 levels above you would even justify to get in another MM bracket. Sorry my dear.

eh it’s manageble, personally i started playing the krauts in normandy a few days ago and haven’t had problems getting on the top of the score board but maybe a mild impelmentation for the starters into the game could work
