All day long the mines of my soldiers in the game have disappeared. sometimes it appears in one and in the rest it doesn’t and sometimes none of them have it.
everything they do in the game breaks something…

I wish my enemies had that problem. I get killed by anti-personnel mines all the time. Especially on rally points 
its not bug, you can shoot anti personal from afar so you didnt die

Not to mention the slurry of explosive ordinance being thrown/shot around the map at all times which will destroy any mines.
I don’t mean that they disappear once put on, I literally enter the game and they are not in the soldier’s inventory.
Already playing, inside the map.
