Another proposal for secondary missions

as we found out in the past conversations in these forums, secondary missions dont work well, because if they had an impact in the battle they could either be useless or make too much of a diffrence, so i had another idea,
how about secondary missions dont have impact on the battle, but on the outcome of it; for example, in the normandy airfield map, the objective was to destroy the barrage balloons, but they added too much power to the attacking team if they destroyed them,
so how about they would give a reward bonus to the attackers in case they destroyed them or to defenders, if attackers failed, this would also solve another issue:
battles that are already lost from beginning, rather than quitting the match, the losing team could go for secondary objectives, and even though they would lose, they would still get bonus rewards, which makes bad teams less punishing
