Annoying when bulk buying troops for the 3 star to always be the next up for sending him to the rear

I do not understand the logic of this game. If I buy 10 soldiers and 1 or 2 of them are 3 stars why when I delete the other guys the 3 star guy always shows up next in the order? Kind of seems like a built in way to shit on the player.

Each and every time I am sending someone to the rear in a different position but HERE is the SUPER SUS process over and over again.

It’s why I buy them one by one. I have accidentaly deleted dudes with max perk points before, because it showed the perk points of a different soldiers.

I suspect it is by design. I tested it on 20 soldier purchases always the same thing.
