i unlocked secondary slot for soldier, and decided to keep it empty, but ‘’^1’’ green arrow wont stop blinking, it should turn itself off (or start blinking orange?) after i check what it has to tell me

Those will also blink if you for example have a 1* rifle and your squad still uses gewehr 33s…
its annoying, right?

They are. Just like having it when you have a tank with less crew than the max squad size.
