Hi all,
As of now, we dont have any “regular” premium squads in Stalingrad, only collectible Po-2 squad. Soo i had an idea how to do Premium squads differently in Stalingrad as it does not follow rules of F2P campaigns.
My idea is to create “historical” squads with multiple of different weapons. Something like this:
Romanian premium squad:
5 Radio man squad -
1x SMG gunner with Orita 1941
1xMG Gunner with ZB-30
1xEngineer with Vz.24
2xRadio operator with Vz.24
You would not have option to change anything about this squad as it is now with premium squads. This squad would be unique and even called “collectible” as it woudnt be strong, but fun and unique squad.
But thats just my 2 cents.
Ps. Of course best would be to get smaller Axis squads in regular campaign, but as i see they didnt even added Romanian Air force squads i dont see it happening.

what we always have been asking for premium type squads.
but otherwise, really we have to limit stuff that was there?
wasn’t one of the main selling point of having romanian forces as those were quite common than rare?

In city itself, Romanians were pretty rare, and that is sadly what we got now.
Yeah we have been asking, but they are not gonna change old campaigns and how premium squads work there. Thats why im suggesting “same” thing we already asked for, because they can actually make nice premium squads in Stalingrad as they already released “collectible” plane there soo it clearly dont follow rules of old campaigns. At least thats how i see it.

sure, no doubt night witches are cool with new models and voice lines,
but are we seriously considering this as different when it was the core principles of premium squads?

I agree. But sadly i dont belive that will ever happen with theyr tactics.
I was just trying to make suggestion for Stalingrad to not follow old premium squad rules.

Definitely.
And instead of just adding a cheap fixed engi with the exact same premium weapon (5th lmg = 
) allow us to CHOOSE which class we want to add, equipped with regular free weaponry of our choosing.
Say a premium smg squad? You get the 4 special assaulters, but can choose to add 3 other regular soldiers of the class of your choosing, reflecting other regular free squads, that you’d equip with whatever you have available.
No more of that pay to win 5 lmgs crap!

i mean,
as i stated from various time and made my own suggestion on how to improve them, they could just look like the normal squads but with more variety ( compared to the current premium ones, not the vanilla ). which it’s something that it lacks.
and for those prices ( 40, 50, 60 euros ) i’d expect to at least get MULTIPLE squads.
but at this point. i’m just repeating my self.

Didn’t DEVs say that in Stalingrad will be only one premium squad? So I don’t think there will be more of them in this campaign, unless I’m wrong.
They can aways make it a “normal squad” that is locked behing the full acces.
It would actualy make FA have some sense as currently it gives accest to weapons that are free in other campaigns in 90% of cases.
I’m all for adding credible squads. I feel this 4x LMG premium stuff neither aids the games credibility nor gameplay much.
