Anyone else having problems placing ammo on or near rally points? The last week the game just won’t let me do it

not quite that but i often have stuff kill itself for no reason. As soon as i build a rally or ammo box i hear the deconstuction sound and if i wait and watch the thing will just crumble as if somone had removed it.
only happens some times but often enough that i always hang around to make sure its not happening
